Employment

The Monterey Fire Crew seeks to recruit and retain highly motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds. We strive to hire individuals of diffrent national origins, age, gender and of diffrent geographical area of the United States. We believe this concept provides for a healthy, productive, motivated and cohesive crew, which will foster good retention.
